SQUARE DUCT MACHINE FAILURES AND SOLUTIONS

Square duct machine in use for some time prone to some problems, the following examples illustrate the problems and solutions:

1. The touch screen displays the hydraulic overload alarm and blinks

Solution: Check the pressure of hydraulic system in square duct machine system is too high, the oil pump is damaged lead to thermal relay trip, open the electrical box cover, manual reset thermal relay.

2. Touch screen display system emergency stop and servo alarm and flashing

Solution: Release the emergency button on the touch screen of the square duct machine.

3. Uncoiler discharge or non-stop feeding.

Solution: Check the square duct machine rack picking photoelectric switch is damaged or disconnected. Unwinding machine time relay damage, check replacement.
